Sir Edward Leigh will normally reply to correspondence from constituents via regular post (except for the duration of the coronavirus).
Please note, however, that a strict parliamentary convention prevents him from making any public statement on certain bills when he has chaired either a Bill Committee or the Committee of the Whole House relating to that bill. This is to ensure the impartiality of parliamentary procedure.
