The Government Must Commit to the Future of the Scunthorpe Steel Industry

The Government must commit to the long term future of the blast furnaces at Scunthorpe, where many of my constituents work, to secure an important aspect of the local economy and help secure our industries. This is of particular concern given the problems with electric ark technology at Port Talbot. 

Furthermore we must stop pursuing such radical green energy policies! Said policies are leading to the most expensive energy costs in Europe, which is killing Scunthorpe's steel industry.
