The murder of Henry Nowak was a heinous crime and a very tragic event which we should, of course, not politically weaponise but the truth is that we cannot tiptoe around it either.
Many white people in Britain believe that the police are so terrified of of accusations of racism and racial prejudice, that they either under react and do too little, as is the case of the grooming gang scandal, or they over react, as in this case.
We are all equal before the law and the police need to understand this.
