Welcoming Zara the Sloth Bear

I was delighted to make the acquaintance of Zara the Sloth Bear at Lincoln Zoo today.

The Zoo got in touch seeking my help to make sure we could overcome customs difficulties and get Zara to her new home here in Lincolnshire.

We managed to ensure her legal entry into the UK — the first traveller of her kind in decades.
