I have written to Lincolnshire County Council objecting to the way the official consultation on devolution for Greater Lincolnshire is being run.

There's no chance to take part beyond a cleverly crafted online survey.

What about those with poor internet access? Or the sight-impaired?

We don't need this additional layer of bureacracy.
