Statement on the Prime Minister and Fixed Penalty Notices

Sir Edward Leigh has made the following statement:

The Prime Minister continues to enjoy my full confidence.

In the middle of the worst crisis in Europe since the Second World War, it would be madness to give Putin the satisfaction of our Prime Minister being removed.
